Link to May 2020 thread
Aila and Louis' first chick hatched on Friday 29 May. Perhaps we can expect number 2 and 3 to hatch on 1 and 4 June.
May brought lots of fish, clods, shag pile, sticks, osprey and owl intruders and fame to Aila and Louis, appearing on the BBC, Channel 4 and Chris Packham's Self Isolating Bird Club Live.

Thank you for the new thread, KORKY, even tho you've cut me off in my prime
I have to admit that the only pertinent snap I brought with me turned out to be a dupe of Louis taking the fish away

A bit before midnight, but showing the flurries of insects - this one lasted only 30 seconds, they must be touring the nests ;)

What a fine, whole fish @ 04:31:
Fantastic news, thanks Cathy. Ian
I think BBC news were showing the stream either just before or just after the hatch. There were nearly 2,600 viewers of the stream a couple of minutes ago! Ian
Brilliant news, Cathy. Many thanks for reporting it.
Two stripy humbugs
It's extremely difficult to discern, but there were two heads moving!
