Looked in again they have both gone! The cam has also now gone to a black screen.
Edit - cam back ospreys not.
One just returned.
I'm off for a break
Well egg appears to be alone again.
These 2 captures were taken at 15.17 male osprey from my last capture went down in the nest cup but didn't incubate the egg ,kept looking around, he stumbled over the egg then flew onto the branch then left again.
15.43 egg still alone. If this is typical of their behaviour I'm not surprised there is only one egg left.
Final capture from Tweed Valley today
Well the opening capture this morning is similar to the closing one yesterday.
Male on the perch with a fair sized fish.
I'm starting to wonder if they have given up on the remaining egg, it gets completely ignored. I hope I'm wrong
