This Robin had been in before daycam but s/he had such a white browline in mono that I couldn't confidently call it a Robin.  Here, s/he perched there studying something for ages!

This morning's feeder tender gave us some nice waves and had a tame deer beside her:

It picked a walnut half that was more wall than nut, teehee - I put that caption on but concluded, sadly, that it would only waste viewers' time & effort to read it

They are absolutely dedicated to their cause and put out a lot of food each day.

The jay just  spooked itself - a bird will often do that. -  just doesn't make sense

How embarrassing, but I'm used to it... I thought "Bullfinch?" but apparently not and I can't find a picture of this one - I do forget easily if I don't see a bird often within a short period.  This was lunchtime:

This is a cheat - the 2 birds are snapped a second apart - the Jay scarpered in a blur as the GSW landed aggressively:

I think this is a hawfinch scylla. Nice capture!
