Some history of the BALGAVIES LOCH OSPREYS.
It is a SWT Nature Reserve near Forfar, Angus, Scotland. There is no webcam on the nest, and there is no Visitor Centre, only a small Hide with limited car parking spaces.

Wonderful photos from Darren Mary, thank you for posting. I did feel sorry for the fish that the heron was attempting to eat, it looked like it should be in Finding Nemo :(( Hope you are enjoying your time there Mary, look forward to seeing your shots soon!

Starling - I believe the Heron did manage to eat the fish, I am waiting on the photo from Darren - oh yes the poor fish, hate seeing them when they are still flapping.
I am home now, and wish I hadn't said I would post any photos as not got any Osprey photos to post really.
BLUE CR6 INTRUDED AT BALGAVIES LOCH LAST NIGHT 28TH APRIL 2019
ONLY DETAILS WE HAVE IS
MALE - RINGED JULY 2013 HATCHED BALLATER, DEESIDE.
It has intruded at Foulshaw Moss in 2016
and also at Balgavies in 2017 - reported by Roberto M
It obviously likes Balgavies, maybe it is nesting in Angus somewhere.

As I said I visited Balgavies every day but only managed to see Green BF twice, a couple of days only seen the female incubating. First day the female was on the dead tree next to the nest with a half a fish, Green BF was incubating, he went for a fly around and the female went to the nest, but stood for twenty minutes so not sure if she still had any fish left or not, but could not see her eating, I thought this a bit strange, but as we say Ospreys knows best. It was a dull day so not sure why she didn't incubate.
I seen Green BF one other day, and on Friday there was an intruder fly right past the hide but I was in midst blether with the chap beside me and was too slow to focus my camera, it happened so fast, but I did see that it wasn't wearing a transmitter.
I don't have a big lens, only a Bridge Camera so no decent Osprey photos, but we are already spoiled with Darren's photos and Roberto's when he visits.
A couple photos of the Angus Glens which are easy to get to from Forfar
Balgavies Loch
Female on the nest
Balgavies is the only place I have seen Cormorants sitting in the trees alongside the nest
Woodpecker at the feeder @ Balgavies
Red Squirrel
I am getting a message not allowing me to post all the photos, so will try a separate post.
Will try and post the other photos.
Went to Loch of Kinnordy twice and this is the first time since 2013 that we have not seen an Osprey fish there. There are three hides, we always go to The Gullery which is closest to the car park.
It was dull first visit and raining the second visit.
We seen the male and female Marsh Harrier's when we were there, the male is such a stunning bird to see. They are a long way off, so not a great photo but thought I would include as love seeing the Marsh Harrier's
