As new members to the RSPB my wife and myself are going to visit Old Moor next week. I have heard its ggod place to visit. Ill try and get some good pictures and post them on here.
Anyhow , just introducing ourselves to others in this group.

Welcome to the Forum and we will look forward to welcoming you to Old Moor when you visit. There should be plenty to see and staff in the Visitor Centre will be happy to show you where to go and what is about.
If you have time, ask them to show you where Gypsy Marsh is and head over to look at the Orchids - a really nice display at the moment and we get three different species on there along with a locally scarce butterfly - Dingy Skipper.
