First field outing today for my new Lumix fz330. For as long as I can remember I have used Pentax SLRs but was tempted by the greater focal length, constant f2.8 Leica lens and sheer convenience of a bridge. Although it'll take some time to feel completely comfortable I have to say my first impression are very favourable. Just a few shots from today then.
Black headed Gulls
Female Tufty
Coot
Robin
Dunnock
Goldfinch
male Reed Bunting
Some of these shots, and quite a few others not shown here, would have been out of range of my old kit. Happy bunny.
Thanks for looking
Ian
Glad you are enjoying your new Lumix Ian. I have been using Lumix briding cameras for some years now and have always been happy with mine. I will be watching for your photos with interest as I an hoping to update mine to the newer model eventually! No better place than Old Moor to test out the camera - one of my favourite reserves.
