Sorry I know you are dealing with this matter face to face, which is how it should be, but for what its worth we now go to visit old Moor on a regular basis, mainly because of the friendliness of the staff and volunteers, who are the most friendly and helpful lot we have ever met, that on top of the reserve itself makes it no1 in our eyes, and hope you get the problem sorted with the poster, well done to all of you down there doing a sterling job.
