Visit put me in mind of this

I visited the reserve on 8th May with a group from the Liverpool RSPB, and we had a beautiful day. It put me in mind of a little poem I remembered from years ago. It's taken me this long to find it, but I knew I had it somewhere. I hope other people will enjoy it: Each one has his own idea of Heaven. This is mine: An English glade of light and shade where branches intertwine - To sift the sunlight falling in a shower of golden spray - Along the fairy pathways of a bluebell wood in May.
