Greenfinches at tit lye-tit nest box

There is a pair of blue-tits currently feeding their young in a nestbox in my garden. This morning there was 1 greenfinch sitting on the nestbox roof & 1 sitting on the fence beside where nestbox is located. Are they just being nosey neIghbours as I didn't think they would be a likely predator.
