I am soooo proud of myself. I have managed to upload a video to Youtube. I thought I would invite you all to have a look at my first attempt.

Congratulations Sparrow. That was truly lovely to watch. I would love to have a nest cam. but I am not sure I would get anything else done, just in case I missed something, especially if there were chicks in there.
Well done Sparrow, thats brilliant, is that straw or sticks on the floor I can see.
There is a sufficiency in the world for man's need but not for man's greed.
I should have said earlier that there is no sound. This is because Dumbo Sparrow forgot to switch on the audio whilst recording it!!!!
Bramble – you aren’t the only one in love!!!!
BBB – the sticks on the floor are some sort of wood things provided with the nest box when I bought it, along with some shredded paper. The bird has removed every last bit of the paper and most of the sticks. Today, she has been in and out dozens of times removing debris.
I have been so busy watching the events in the nest box today I haven’t had time to play with my new camera!!!! Things are that bad.
Doh! I got all excited for you then, I thought it was nesting material, still its looking very hopefull.
Lovely footage Sparrow - very well done. My regular blue tits aren't gathering nesting material yet so it may be a little early for yours to be building. Don't forget, it is still only February and the weather has been so changeable. They will start, when they feel the time is right.
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!

Hi sparrow
I love it and you should be proud!
I can't wait to see the full nesting story as it unfolds. Surely, she will choose your box to build her nest in now.
Best wishes Chris

Hi Sparrow
Only just caught up with this thread and watched your video. Well done.
It's really fascinating to see the way the little blue tit roosts. He/she seems to fluff up its feathers and tucks its head in to keep warm. This is not something we normally get to see.
Let's hope it decides to nest there. It would be great to see it raise a brood of chicks. Keep the videos coming.
Regards Tony
