There are lots of snowdrops blooming up here already this year.
This is my own sad little bunch of crocus taken about a week ago.
I'm not much of a gardener as you can tell :)

They do lift the spirits and tell us it won't be long before spring.
Your photo of St. Chad's brings back a lot of memories for me. One of my abiding memories from being a young child is those crocuses. I can still see them now, and they look just the same now.
