It's really strange weather isn't it? Down here in Somerset we're still seeing 16 degrees or so and lots of things are still going strong!
Looks like you're Cosmos is doing well and you have had good value from a free pack of seeds!....I have over a dozen packets of seeds to plant up in Spring off the front of Amateur Gardening magazine, if I get them flowering as long as yours next year I'll be well happy!!
