I thought it my be interesting to have a thread showing our gardens and the way they change throughout the year. Here's mine looking a bit of a mess at the moment -
I di leave most of it uncut over winter to give the insects more places to spend the winter - well thats my excuse - I was probably just being lazy.
Best wishes

I'm not bald. I've just got ingrowing hair!
Yes that would be good, as you know I'm keeping a running blog of mine but it is always good to see others....see if I can pinch a few ideas.
Is all that soil going into raised beds?
I haven't had a look at your blog yet but will do soon.
I will see how much the new bed needs but I've got a couple of veggie beds that could do with topping up as could a few of the new flower beds I put in and if there's any left after that I could build up the bank around my mini reed bed so it can catch more of its own water.
Sounds like you're as busy as me!
When I ordered 80 bags I thought 'how am I going to use all that?'.....now I'm thinking 'will it be enough!'
I might also now have a source of manure, so will mix it all together and see how I get on!
Next year I will try and be a bit more organised and see if anyone else I know wants to come in on a big compost order and we should be able to get the cost per bag right down then!!...

I've just ordered my top soil so hopefully it will come tomorrow and I can plant up the wildflower lawn on Saturday. The only problem is that they can't deliver bulk bags if your drive is on a slope so I've had to order 25kg bags (40 of them) and I may have to carry them all off the road into my garden. Bad back for me too and I'm meant to be playing golf on Sunday!

You can be sure of it mate.....80 bags later and the old back is a bit sore.....
The delivery driver I had was really good and did his best to get the pallets as far up the drive as he could (mine also slopes slightly)
Post up some piccies when you get the work done?
Will do! Looking forward to getting it planted and then see what happens
Yes I planted a load of wild flower seeds back last autumn but only seem to have lots of lovely thick green grass at the moment so not sure whether to leave it, reseed it or just add some more seed to what's already there. Any ideas?
