Our 27 year old wheelbarrow has died. Does anyone have any recommendations for a new one?
When thou seest an eagle, thou seest a portion of genius; lift up thy head!
I am afraid i cannot recommend a particular product but i know that you can find a few different types of functional barrow here as well as a few slightly unconventional ones here.
Warden Intern at Otmoor.

ARE you SERIOUSLY telling me the RSPB doesnt have any examples of the 'Avocet' 'Osprey' and 'Shovel-billed kookaburra' wheelbarrow in their catalogue?
Surely an administrative oversight?
For advice about Birding, Identification, field guides, binoculars, scopes, tripods, etc - put 'Birding Tips' into the search box
LOL Seymour at that thought.
A wheelbarrow with a lot of bird stickers would be a fun element to have.

Hi Aberdeenshire Quine
I note that no one has taken your problem seriously. Please be assured that some of us on this forum actually sympathise with your unfortunate problem but feel worried about being ridiculed by commenting seriously about the loss of your wheelbarrow of such longstanding. Well let me reassure you that many messages of support will now follow from those who are secret members of the RSPB’s Wheelbarrow Appreciation Society who were once too ashamed to hold their heads up and be counted. There again this could be the last post of this thread, who knows.
Anyway there is no need to hide your head in shame anymore.
Best regards
Percy

27yrs? is that all? jus dont make em like they used to! S: maybe a spoonbill barrow? he! he!
Hi AQ
I think 27 years is an excellent lifespan for a wheelbarrow.
Our one has to have it's tyre pumped up and put on properly every time OH wants to use it, and it isn't half as old as 27 years. You have either done very well or my OH is particularly heavy on his wheelbarrows.
Best wishes Chris
