hi there
I found this growing in one of the plant troughs in our garden
I love the heart shaped leaves.
Any idea what it is - is a wild plant?
Thank you in advance
Regards
Kathy and Dave
Looks like an Oxalis but not sure which species!

Hi Kathy
It's Oxalis weed. It's a rampant weed and is difficult to get rid of.
Best wishes Chris

Hi
Yes it is an Oxalis and grows very well in my garden.
It may be a weed but can look very pretty in the right place.

It's not always easy to hug a hedgehog.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't.
I have a lovely deep reddish-purple oxalis and yes, it is very pretty and has a profusion of pale mauve flowers over quite a long period.
