hi there
As many know we have moved into our new house and we are still trying to work out what plant species that we have at the moment (all part of the fun of moving house)
I have enclosed a picture of two purple plants.
The one with the smaller purple flower (on the right) is growing in clumps in our front garden whatever it is?
The other purple flower (on the left) is growing in our neighbours garden and we are wondering what it is. Is it Lavender? It has a lovely smell too!
Bees are going mad for it and I have counted 20 or more bees on the clump pf flowers at one time. It is a Bee magnet.
Anyone esle had experience of this plant from our neighbours garden?
Regards
Kathy and Dave
Hi Kathy,
Yes they are both lavender and much loved by bees.
I could have sworn I saw a thread like this a few weeks back but then again, perhaps not. There are so many threads these days!

Thank you SB {huge smile}
I know what you mean about the threads.
I have so much to say I forget that I have said on threads at times too.
Great to know that the plant is Lavender. Should really buy some plants for our planters to encourage more insects to our garden area.
