Depending on how the squirrel(s) accesses the feeders, if there are trees within a couple of metres, they will comfortably leap across, but if they're climbing the pole, then a squirrel baffle should do the trick, but it needs to be around 1.5-1.8mtrs above ground level, or they will leap on to it.

As for stopping squirrels, if there's a way, they'll find it at whatever cost to themselves.
