In coventry near London road
It is a pale morph Common Buzzard.
I have seagulls and pigeons and other birds that come to the garden and the seagulls made such a racket when that bird, buzzard was there
Birds of prey are understandably unpopular with other birds.
I think it must be tame, also must live near by not seen it before, would someone be keeping it?
If it was a falconers bird it would have leather straps (jesses) on its legs, which I can’t see. So, it is wild bird. Buzzards in urban areas can be quite used to people, so nothing odd here.
As Cris has said a very handsome pale phase or morph Buzzard - probably been struggling to find food in the recent weather so your garden is providing a welcome source of nourishment
