I have just bought a pair of RSPB Puffin 10x42 bins. Just one problem, I can't get the neckstrap on. Neither my husband or I can get the end through the slot, there simply isn't room. Are we missing something?
Where did you purchase them, are you able to enquire at the source?

I googled how to attach binoculars strap and a load of YouTube videos came up, may fing one that has the same bnos
