I monitor several nest boxes and have had an increase in breeding numbers of Pied flycatcher. They have successfully incubated eggs and produced chicks but several nests have dead young in?? Any ideas??
Might be best asking the organisation you are monitoring the nest boxes for ? Things are rather quiet on here at the moment so may take some time to get a reply from someone in the know
