I’m trying to welcome wild bird to my balcony feeder. But having bit questions about it. I lived at 9 floors and in the urban. I looked around. There are gulls, magpie, blackbird (not super sure), and wren downstairs. So am i only get chance to welcome gulls and magpie? Is it possible to see tit? (I really like tit…all kinds of)…I prepared birdbath and feeder with worms and peanuts. What else I suppose to do?

If you put the right feeders out yes so larger birds can't get to the food
