Can you give me any advice please, I have been trying to log on all afternoon, and eventually the Internet is working. Would bad weather affect the signal. We are with Sky, weather here is cold, and no snow. it is so frustrating, had Norton on the go etc. touch wood it is OK.

It is frustrating when this happens, have taken the upstairs phone out,the main one downstairs is ok.
