Dysfuctional external Links

I use a few forums and have not had any problems with downloading links on the other Forms at all.

They are the easiest thing to do, and are useful tools to have.

I wonder why the underline does not work.  At least the URL can be posted and people can use the link themselves but it disrupts what they are posting.

Any suggestiosn from the moderators would be great, and I would appreciate the help a whole lot.

When you are posting a link you need to highlight the section you want linking and then the third icon at the top of the posting box (little chain link) will appear, click on that and you can make the functional link there. If you want to remove the link, click on the broken chain link icon next to it.
