Have tried over the last hour to get one photo on the forum. No luck at all. No green progress bar. Anyone else have the same?

No, I've uploaded a few on an earlier thread with no problem. I usually keep the file size down to about 500 kb.

Got there in the end TJ, thanks. Like going to the dentist with a toothache and it goes away the minute you sit in the chair!!! Probably gremlins in my computer! LOL

yes Ive tried resizing. No nothing appears in the upload window. After Ive selected my image the screen goes back to the box as it was before I clicked on browse
