Is any it just me? Or is this site running slowly this morning I have cleared my cookie cache and all temp files to no avail it's like running through treacle.
Things like ebay, flickr etc. are fine.

This is getting beyond a joke now...this forum is so slow I'm loosing interest in it now which is a shame because I used to really enjoy the old forum. Very slow to load up threads and takes 3-4 attempts to load up pictures !!!!!! I'm really loosing patience now !!!

What a shame, but I know what you mean. It took about two weeks for me to get on the forum and it seems to have huge technical problems. I was really enjoying being part of it. I do hope they get it sorted. Hold on for a bit longer Alan, please.....

Sunday evening and things have just picked up,thank goodness it was a good weekend and we got loads of birding in,
EDIT- Monday morning back to the same old rubbish again.

The only slight difference I have noticed when trying to post photos is that the first Browse box that comes up is a shortened version, one that only stretches about halfway across the Text box, that doesn't seem to work. However, this eventually changes to the longer Browse box, that is almost full width of the text box and once that appears I can load photos as normal. I don't know why there seem to be 2 different versions of the Browse box though. On my PC it appears that I can only ever load photos if I select Browse in the longer version of the Browse box, if that makes any sense.

Anyone! How do I stop getting emails on this thread? Clogging my inbox daily and as I only have a prob communicating none of it is of any interest. Everyday click the button to stop the flow but next day it is all back again. Help! I have too much to do to be involved with all that deleting.

Is anybody trying to fix this trainwreck of a site. It can still take several minutes for a page to completely load and uploading photos is a nightmare. I did finally manage one after several goes.
Mods please read the other posts on the Technical Forum and you will see what frustrations we've been suffering over the weekend.
