Is any it just me? Or is this site running slowly this morning I have cleared my cookie cache and all temp files to no avail it's like running through treacle.
Things like ebay, flickr etc. are fine.

Hi- I have had problems with the site speed after 2200 most nights this week

For advice about Birding, Identification,field guides, binoculars, scopes, tripods, etc - put 'Birding Tips' into the search box
For the last couple of days the site has been terribly slow to load, in fact terribly slow doesn't begin to describe how slow!
I have tried to start a thread and upload some photos, but have given up in frustration, said frustration not being helped by the fact that I couldn't find the technical page, and had to scroll through previous posts as I remembered someone had posted there recently!
Whats going on ?
Whatever you are tinkering with stop it lol its slowing things down

You and me both Rhona. I don't think there can be any IT guys around at the moment to fix it. I can't upload any photos and pages are taking forever to load.

Have you tried loading your pictures into your own webspace and then either paste then or link them via a URL?
I did that just now and it worked fine. See here

I'm having the same problem, I've had enough now, can't be bothered trying to load the photos again, 3 times is enough!
