Don't know why, but I can't post photo's from Photobucket using the usual link I use for forums. It shows my whole album. I have tried the other places but those don't seem to work either.
I hope some one can help me, but not too technical please, as I am thick? :-)
Best wishes
Val.
I make a copy of the picture re-size it and dump it in documents on my laptop.
Then come on here and reply to a post and click on the little green film strip just above where you type your message.
That opens up a "insert media" box click on "browse" which will show some of the files on your computer click where you put the picture and after a short wait a list will come up which will include your picture.
Click "open" at the bottom of this box that will transfer it into the "insert media" box now press "insert" and hopefully your picture will be in the post you are replying to.
I also have a photobucket account which I use for other forums but found it didnt work on this one.
Im sure others will be able to help if you get stuck as Im also a technophobe :-)

Hi Chris,
I didn't notice the green film strip, many thanks, will try that. No problem uploading from my pics on my pc, I can browse those.

Hi Val
Sorry, but I had to laugh when I read this. :-))
I'm glad you got your photo posting sorted though. :-)
Best wishes Chris

Glad that you got your photo situation out on here
The way ChrisS has explained her downloading technique is the way I post my photos form 'Windows Photo Gallery' - I resize them to 800x600
I post them as thumbnails on my one other Forum and a URL link on another Forum, so they have to be 800x600 in work in the right manner - otherwise they refuse to download

Hi Val,I don't have a problem either way.
I just copy the IMG link when using PB and paste it here like below.
An optimist sees the beauty of the complete rose.A pessimist sees only the thorn .
Many thanks for your answers guys. You are all very kind. :-)
I found I couldn't copy & paste them, but using the film icon works brilliantly.
