Hi Guys
Not a technical "problem" but figured this would be the place to post. Is there the facility that can be switched on that allows a member to click a button at the top of a thread so it takes them to the first unread post in that thread? Not a biggie but thought I'd ask.
Thanks, Paula :-)
Make the most of today because, unlike Sky+, there isn't a rewind button.
I don't know if you have read this link but it should help with just reading the posts you haven't read yet

Saves me typing it all out here lol

I was going to post the direct link for you here but the forums are set up not to allow them SO instead go to the post by Wattle ( under technical problems) headed A very handy Shortcut - Never Miss a Post
Thanks Teresa. I know of the link you refer to but, whilst helpful, it's not quite what I mean.
Thanks :-)
I don't know what happened up their. I had a message saying something like OOPS! Duplicate messages not allowed so I thought it wouldn't let me post a link to the page I meant. Hence my second message.
I know what you mean Paula as we have the facility in the group I have. It shows which threads have postings you haven't read yet and when you click on that thread it takes you directly to the ones you haven't read yet.
It is very useful I agree.
Hi Paula,
You can click the words "Latest post" to go to the most recent post in a thread, but unfortunately there is no way for the forum to tell which is the most recent unread post specifically for you.

Thanks Graham. That's what I do at the moment, click on it and work my way backwards. Hmmm....I read magazines back to front as well! :-)
