Hello folks and IT people
I think this has happened before, but most of the community email alerts I'm getting are going straight to my spam folder. Can this be sorted your end or is it something I have to do?
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks
Pipit
Hi Pip,
Without knowing your eMail provider I can't give specifics but there should be a way of selecting the Mis-identified mails and marking as Not Spam or similar.
You may have to add the sender address to the trusted senders list or similar, but there should always be an option
Hope this helps
Best regardsNigel

Hi Pipit,
From your email provider tools options, you need to filter any post with RSPB in the subject line or address line and mark it as a friend, or whatever your system is.
Cheers, Linda.

Yo Pipit
Your own spam filter will be doing this. What you need to do rather depends on what software you're using. If it's MS Outlook consigning community emails to the bin you'll need to retrieve one and under <Actions><Junk E-mail> click <Mark as not junk>. You might even need to <Add sender to safe senders list>.
If other security software is doing the filtering you'll need to fiddle with that instead.

Thank you so much for this folks.
