I have rubbed along with two profiles for years. I created the second one when I changed email address and was too disorganised to get the Mods to fix it. The problem is that, since the "upgrade" only the new one works and I'd rather have the old one back and get rid of the new "temporary replacement" (ie the one I'm using here).
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Sorry to hear the wrong profile was deleted. Perhaps you could just delete the current one and write a new one. I've not had an identical issue, John, but I was surprised to find the RSPB had given me a two line profile despite the fact that I have never entered one!
