I'm trying to log into the RSPB site to request a pack for the Big Garden Bird Watch but am not able to. I have requested a password reset twice now but have not received any emails to do this.
Apart from creating a new account any ideas how to resolve this?

I am having the same problem as I wish to change my email address. I thought it was a problem our side but appears not.

Sorry that you're experiencing problems.
Our site is a little confusing at the moment as we're transferring to a new website and so consequently have two different website log-ins. One for the community part of the old site and one for the new site.
If you'd like to take part in this year's Big Garden Bird Watch you'll need to register here> ww2.rspb.org.uk/.../packrequest
If you're still having problems please email Web.Enquiries@rspb.org.uk and we'll help you out

Thanks. That is the link I'm using to try to log into the site but it always tells me that there is a problem, and the password reset never sends me an email to reset. Given up trying now!!

I'm having the exact same problem right now - changed my password twice and still getting an error message
It seems that existing accounts no longer work - you need to set up a new one.
RSPB team told me: "This year for Big Garden Birdwatch we’ve moved to a new system - which you’re not registered with. You need to create a new “website” account..."
