Where have my Sparrows gone??

Hi all, I have had House Sparrows nesting in the Eaves of our back bedroom window for the past 10 years. So far this year not a single Sparrow making it's home there. I was wondering if anyone has any idea why this may be? There are plenty on the feeder in the garden but none in our Eaves nor next doors. I am confused as nothing has changed. Regards :).
