I can't see videos that others have posted, for example on Hazy's Christmas-greetings thread, but on others as well. And there must be an icon to click on to start the movie, but with me, there is nothing. When I click somewhere, where I think it must be, the movie starts, but I can only hear the sounds.
Just as a n information: I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11.

I have read this support-site and checked everything. Also I deinstalled and re-installed Microsoft Silverlight and Adobe Shockwave, which were on my computer, as this site suggested. After that I shut down my computer and made a restart. It does not work yet. And I don't have another browser to try.
once again a big Big BIg BIG Thank You! You have put me on the right track. I had a quick talk with my brother, who asked why I used Internet Explorer anyway, so I finally installed Firefox. I only had a short fight with some Plugin-Problem, but now everyhing is fine. I have already seen Hazy's video. I wished I could send you some homemade Weihnachtsplätzchen (biscuits), but as this is not possible, please have an eye open on Hazy's thread.
