Hi guys,
I spoke to a helpful Kevin Middleton at the Lodge. The problem of disappearing photos is being looked into. The website system runs on 2 servers and sometimes the pics are loaded onto one server and don't copy across to the other. Hence if you are logged onto server 1 and the photos are on server 2, you can't see them.

Well I must be on the server with the pics tonight as I can see all the pics and it make a pleasant change. Well done you for getting the problem flagged up with those in the know.

Yup! I thought it was OK before. It seems to have been behaving most of the day, but suddenly the gremilins are back. I can't see any photos posted in the last hour, except one of my own!!

Hi,
it's been over a week since they identified the problem- I'll probably phone the Lodge Customer relations tomorrow and see what's happening:)
If it's like this now- what will happen come April and May when spring arrives and we get busy ?

On one thread today I could see a photo. I wanted to enlarge it so clicked the picture and it disappeared infront of my eyes!!!
Have you noticed that some posts are appearing in different fonts and layouts? This must be something to do with the same problem as the missing pictures. It seems to be when the post has been written on a Word document and copied/pasted.
