IMPORTANT: Upcoming Changes to the Community

Good morning everyone,

We wanted to notify you of some upcoming changes to the online community:

What’s going to change and why?

• We will be upgrading the community to the latest version, this will have no impact on how the community works and you will be able to use it in the same way as you do now but it will mean the platform is more robust with improved spam filtering.
• This upgrade also allows us to update the look and feel of the community to reflect our new brand identity and website.
• To ensure we remain GDPR compliant, any accounts that have not been actively used within the last 3 years will be deactivated. Any content that has been historically shared by these accounts will not be lost, and will instead be reassigned to ‘previous user’.

When is the change taking place?

This is scheduled for Thursday 15^th February and there will be a period of downtime while the changes take place. This is expected to take a number of hours but we will endeavour to make the changes as quickly as possible so you can continue to enjoy the community.
