When to see bullfinches

Hello,

I would like to have advice for when to see bullfinches.

i have went to my local nature reserve at around 7:00pm to no avail.

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated,

    Hi


    finding any species depends on their hanitat preferences and their habits generally.

    Bullfinches are a shy species ( they nest in my garden but I don't see them very often)

    Early morning is normally good with small passerines ( which includes finches) and learn the calls of the species you are looking for before you go looking- Bullfinches are normally first located by their call.
