I'm Chirpy and am currently a student and a lecturer in Scotland in legal and environmental matters. I have a particular interest in wildlife and want to focus my dissertation on the illegal killing of raptors in Scotland. I note that there is new legislation in Scotland namely the Widlife and Natural Environment (Scotland) Act. I would like to know how this works in practice. Anyone have an expereince of this or any comments on the killing of birds of prey?
