It's about time too! Hopefully the legislation protecting the reserves doesn't get so watered down that they aren't worth the piece of paper they are written on, I'll be glad when marine areas around the UK are given proper, effective protection so I'm waiting to see what happens with the Marine Bill and how it turns out.
