More news about Snares and the law ...A new wildlife bill which includes stricter regulations on animal snares has been passed by MSPs......

I have never been a great fan of snares,they are too easy to set up badly and so cause great distress to birds or animal.Even experienced keepers and countrymen can make mistakes with snares at times but it is only people with their sort of experience ho should be using them.
