I work in a garden centre that often has a couple of robins trying to nest inside the shop. My employer has removed and encourages staff to remove the nests that are still being built. Any nests that have eggs in are always left. Is this legal? If not, should I do something about it?

No problem Wendy, a sensible thing to do. I was just pointing out to Ian that it was unnecessary from him, especially as he just "bumped' up the kind o thread he dislikes so much.
