Visited this place over the weekend, good facilities and cafe. Car park fee payable. The Great Broad runs East West so viewing is good along the open south shore in the mornings with the sun behind you. The walking is level and the walk around the broad is about a mile and a half.
Plenty of the commoner diving ducks, Wigeon, Gadwall, Smew, Goosander, cormorant, Great crested Grebe, Red necked Grebe, commoner Gull species, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Redwing, Reed Bunting
