Nature Is Amazing - Let Us Keep It That Way
Just so great again Buzzard. In your first picture you can see the effort that the bird has to apply to put the'brakes on', when landing. Love the Mallard. She just wanted to look a bit different from the rest of the girls and not wear the same as any of the others.
Excellent photos - were you anywhere near Carsington? (Lots of Canada Geese flying over there today, apparently).
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!

Hi Squirrel, no I've never heard of Carsington? I was a a local reserve near to Saltholme.

Went to Carsington water years ago! It's in Derbyshire. Saw my first reed bunting there!
