Best places for bird watching in Pembrokeshire?

I'm going to Pembrokeshire next week for five nights and have most of the stay planned, but on one afternoon my mum is going to go round Pembroke Castle whilst my dad and I do something else (castles aren't our thing and she'd rather go round on her own anyway). Does anyone have any recommendations for good bird watching locations to spend the afternoon at that aren't too far away from Pembroke? Say, within half an hour or so at most. It would be nice to see choughs, but any suggestions will do!

I'm not familiar with Pembrokeshire, only having driven there an back in a day for work. So, a search for RSPB Reserves drew a blank, but if I'm wrong, someone will correct me.

A search on Wales Wildlife Trusts, and he following Google link should show you three coastal and four inland.

I was there a few weeks ago, although not the Pembroke area. I found these websites quite useful: fatbirder.com/.../ & pembsbirds.blogspot.com/.../birding-sites_77.html

The elegug stacks are about 15 mins drive away from Pembroke and are supposedly a good place to view seabird colonies. To get there requires going through MOD land so you'll need to check that they aren't using the area for live firing on the day you go (I think in July it's only accessible on weekends). Aside from that, the entire coastline is really good, with plenty of stonechat, wheatear, rock and meadow pipits etc. Choughs are relatively widespread along the coastline so to see those I'd just recommend picking a bit of coastline within the National Park and walking it.

Thanks for the links, I'll check them out. That's a pain about the MOD land, it'll be on a Monday that we go but I'll double check whether it's accessible.
