A lot depends on how far you want to travel. A quick search on Google using RSPB Reserves London brought quite a few up (100 listed).
It doesn't end there, there are also Wildlife Trusts London, some of which are inner city.
If you want to travel further, then have a look at RSPB Find A Nature Reserve, which will help you to locate all of the RSPB Reserves across the UK, allowing you to select an area that fits in with your travelling distance whatever that may be.
Most RSPB Reserves are easy access, but not all, again the information will be provided by each reserve as you read about each.
