I haven't posted here for a while now so I thought I would show some examples taken at the Hall Place Hide in Bexley, SE London. All the pictures here were taken from the hide or in the grounds. The light levels can be really low sometimes due to tree cover so some of the images are a bit noisy. We get lots of other birds at the hide as well but my pictures were not good enough to show here. You can see other Hall Place Hiders pictures on our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1465515730439197/
Some Blackbird pictures. female shown here.

Jay
One of a pair of kestrels nesting in the park.
We had a pair of Kingfishers nesting in the river bank. Gave us great views for several weeks. Unfortunately, the nest was flooded in recent rain storms when the river rose.
This juvenile Kingfisher flew into the window of the cafeteria and knocked itself out. It was rescued by the staff there who looked after it until it woke up again. Later released by our local RSPB man Martin Pearson, it flew into a nearby tree and sat for quite a while. Gave us a great opportunity to get up close.
Long Tailed Tits.
Mistle Thrush.
Moorehens.
We had quite a few Nuthatches this year.
