we were out for a drive today near the white horse at killburn close to the a19 . we were attracted to the sight of a pair of buzzards being attacked by 2 crows we stopped the car just in time to see one of the buzzards land on the crows nest in a nearby tree. the crows were going mad swooping and trying to distract the intruder when the second buzzard came at speed and just failed to make contact with a very agile crow.a few seconds later the crows finally got the upper hand and the buzzards left flying low towards a conifer wood .better than the telly
Hi John Ryan,
Welcome to the forums! Wow now that was something to witness, the Crows did a good job to keep those Buzzards away from their nest,It sounds as If they fought hard.
