Sry you are having problems uploading Jim, I take mine into the Movie edit software on the computer and upload to YouTube where I can tag the link in using the Rich Formatting option on here. Good luck, will keep a look-out for your video/pics

I forgot my password for YouTube sadly Hazel, and I have been to busy to do anything today but might try again later :)
Don't worry if you've lost your password Jim, you should be able to give them your email address and they will resend your password.
I have uploaded it to vimeo and should be online in about half hour Hazel.
Thats great :) will take a look shortly
Lets see if it works :)
Sadly the murmuration never happened they flew over and went to the piers in Blackpool :( but I had a nice drive home lol
Certainly worked Jim, nice video clip, its so fascinating to see the murmuration of starlings; we were lucky enough to see several locally (nr. Northwich) when they virtually went to roost reasonably close to where we were viewing ! Its the sound of them too that is so magical.
Post edit: I just found the link to the video I took HERE its a bit long and hard to keep up with them in flight but it shows them as they settle into the reeds towards the end of the clip.
WOW, you certainly had a good view of that Hazl.
It was awesome to see and hear them so close Jim, one of those moments you never forget and we must have gone back 5 times to see them on what was very cold evenings of minus 3-5 degrees two yearsa ago !! Not sure if the Starings are roosting in same place as I've not heard of any murmuration sightings. The mild weather has changed the behaviour\patterns of the birds this year.
