Hi Birdwatcher, Lovely pics, my garden has been busy too, the food has been disappearing at a hell of a rate, my collared doves have decided not to leave my garden in the day, they go from sitting on the floor all puffed up, to having a feast on the seeds I put down, and drinking from the birdbath between meals, then going back to just sitting on the floor under the rose bush, occaisionaly going off for half an hour, then their they are sitting on the floor again. They are so sweet how they stick so closely together, and such gentle birds, they are fast becoming a favorite of mine, I love them.

I can see your lovely pics now. The bullfinch is gorgeous, but so are all the others. The more I photograph my own dunnocks, the more I appreciate what lovely birds they are, and much over-looked. You have had a busy day (and an expensive one with all the food!!). Thanks for sharing these.

I like dunnocks too, they might be LBJs but they are very attractive anyway.  I'm jealous of the bullfinch.  Haven't seen one here since last winter.  Lucky you.

Great photos; you must have a good camera, very zoomy. 

I'm so jealous of everyone here who manages to take such good snaps of the birds, I don't think I would ever be able to do it even if I did have a nice camera.
