Doffcocker Lodge near Bolton has two lakes separated by a causeway. One lake is surrounded by a reedbed which is a good place to see various Warblers. The larger main lake has floating platforms where Common terns nest.

Looks like a nice place, Galatas. Excellent photos of the Common Terns especially the one catching a fish. I was trying to photograph them on my local patch a couple of days ago but without much success.

That looks a lovely place to spend a quiet hour or two, good shot of the tern catching a fish, I like the idea of the floating platforms for the nesting terms, keeps them away from trouble.
