Do you buy in bulk, or what you can afford.
What is the foodstuff you use most of?

Unfortunately I just buy what I can afford (I'm only back at work part-time since having my daughter) so I make a lot of mine using lard and a 20kg sack of premium seed from my pet shop. I supplement this with black sunflower seeds, peanuts, sunflower hearts etc when I can.
I also throw out a lot of fruit and leftovers. Wish I could afford to go daft........:)

I get mine from the pet stall on Northwich, Cheshire market, the pet stall at the front of the market. He as everything we use, no mess seed, black sunflower, striped sunflower, sunflower hearts, peanuts, nyger, everything. All cheaper than anywhere else we have been. The birds don't go hungry in my garden hahaha.
